Kim needed to go to Hamilton to look at a car he was interested in purchasing. I decided it would be a good opportunity to go visit Hamilton Gardens. We would go in one car and come back separately if he does end up buying the car (which he did). It was a 90 min journey to Hamilton but the return trip took longer due to road works.
The journey was absolutely worth it! I don’t generally appreciate gardens but the Hamilton Gardens were the most enjoyable I’ve ever visited. Enjoyed it more than Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay, which is many times larger. The gardens consists of many different themed gardens, eg. Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Maori, English etc.
